I’m here to answer your website FAQ (frequently asked questions). Have a question that’s not answered below? Send me an email and I’ll get back to you with an answer ASAP.

The process starts with a free consultation to determine what’s needed on your website, and will end with a successful launch of a website you’ll love. You can view my process for more details on the steps in between.

This depends on the size of the project. There are variables like frequency of communication, size and complexity of the website, when content can be provided, etc. So unfortunately I can’t provide a solid answer. Most website projects take a few weeks from the project kickoff to launch.

As the most knowledgeable person about your field, your business, and your audience, you will be responsible for providing the content. This can often be the most difficult part of creating a website. You might want to consider finding a copywriter to craft your content. Here are some avenues you can use to find a copywriter to help you out:

If you were building a new house you wouldn’t move into the house and invite friends over during construction, right? Same concept applies here. You don’t want customers, potential customers, and search engines like Google accessing your most important marketing asset before it’s ready. So I restrict access until everything is in place. Of course, as the client you’ll have access so you can see the updates and provide feedback.

Yep! I pride myself on being able to navigate any website platform. Reach out and I’ll provide you with a quote.

There are two options:

  1. You can sign a website maintenance contract agreement with me, and I’ll be your in-house website expert. Most website firms charge a monthly fee regardless of whether there are updates or not, but I don’t do that. I only charge for the work I do.
  2. I build websites in WordPress, which is the world’s most popular website software because it’s easy to use. I can set you up with a login, and you can perform the updates on your own.

You do! All files belong to you and can be provided to you upon request.
